Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our travel division. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day social media and digital operations for a portfolio of high-profile travel and destination clients. You’ll partner closely with Account Directors across a diverse client base, taking campaigns from concept through execution while ensuring every activation delivers impact, creativity, and measurable visibility.
Your work will include social strategy, content calendar development, reporting, content creation, influencer partnerships, and client counsel. You will organize and host events, manage creator collaborations, and play a key role in shaping and delivering influencer trips. Strong relationships with creators and talent partners will be central to your success, alongside your ability to manage deadlines, navigate multiple workstreams, and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and drives work forward with confidence. You will lead brainstorms, guide campaign delivery, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture where every voice is valued and creativity thrives.
Day to Day
No two days look the same. Core hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday; however, the nature of the role may require hosting evening events or supporting early morning activations outside of typical office hours.
We operate a hybrid working model, combining remote flexibility with time in our Old Street office space designed for creative collaboration and client engagement. Not London-based? No problem. Our team is distributed across the UK, and we welcome remote applicants who can join us in-office occasionally and thrive in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Relationship Management- Manage day-to-day activities on accounts and projects.
- Add value, maintain and grow the business by ensuring client satisfaction and the successful pitching and winning of new business.
- Participate in new business development and support organizational initiatives.
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day client contact for all digital and social requests, ensuring smooth communication, proactive counsel, and consistent delivery across all workstreams.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with clients and external audiences, maintaining clear and consistent communication between the client and account team.
- Manage day‑to‑day client projects and events, ensuring all work meets client objectives, delivers value, and aligns with broader PR and communications strategies.
- Recommend and implement initiatives that enhance public perception of the client, ensuring all digital activity supports reputation, storytelling, and brand positioning.
- Partner with clients and other communications firms (including creative and advertising agencies) to develop and execute integrated communications plans.
- Lead the development of monthly content calendars that are PR‑led, strategically timed, trend‑aligned, and built around strong hooks and storytelling opportunities.
- Create materials such as content calendars, ad‑hoc social posts, pitch emails, influencer profiles, reports, and simple content creation as needed.
- Draft reactive and ad‑hoc social content in response to breaking news, cultural moments, or client announcements.
- Manage FINN’s travel social media channels, coordinating with the marketing team to maintain global brand consistency and develop creative concepts and content series.
- Conduct social listening for prospects and clients, producing insight‑driven reports with strategic recommendations.
- Develop complete digital communications plans for clients, ensuring alignment with PR narratives and measurable objectives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments, sharing relevant insights with the wider PR team.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities.
Influencer, Creator & Talent Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agents, and key industry partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Liaise with content creators to place positive stories about the client across social media, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and PR goals.
- Pitch and shape creator trips from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and narrative direction.
- Advise clients on creator selection for destination and resort experiences, providing rationale grounded in audience fit, performance data, and brand safety.
- Oversee end‑to‑end management of creator campaigns and trips, including sourcing talent, conducting vetting and brand‑safety checks, negotiating deliverables and fees, drafting contracts and briefs, and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Maintain and regularly update FINN’s preferred influencer list, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and diversity of talent.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Produce monthly social media reports, analyzing performance data and delivering clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Translate data into actionable strategy, articulating what worked, why, and how learnings should inform future campaigns.
- Develop materials on complex topics, including data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Confidently utilize social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Tagger, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Meltwater to schedule content, track trends, conduct audience research, and analyze competitors.
- Manage paid social amplification through Meta, ensuring content reaches target audiences and supports campaign objectives.
- Support the integration of paid, earned, and owned strategies to amplify PR narratives and maximize reach.
- Partner closely with the Senior Vice President of Digital to support the growth of the Travel Digital Division, contributing to capability building, new business efforts, and cross-agency integration.
- Develop tailored growth plans for junior team members, provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Lead training sessions to build team capability in tools such as Tagger and identify strong creator opportunities.
