Account Executive- Creative /Digital

The Account Executive is the primary liaison between the client and the agency, and is responsible for all details related to the client relationship. The AE handles multiple projects in a face-paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages all day-to-day details of ongoing projects and ensures quality control of creative work. Helps develop branding strategy and participates at creative meetings.  
  • Manages client expectations about budgets, schedules and project scope.
  • Maintains positive client relationship and looks for opportunities to grow existing business. Works closely with team to endure that projects meet deadlines.
  • Resolves problems associated with projects to endure client satisfaction and serves as the primary internal point of contact for all project details.

Minimum Years of Experience and Education Required

Bachelor's degree and at least three years of agency or design studio experience in account/project management.

Program Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Acrobat experience a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a solutions-oriented and strategic thinker.
  • It is critical for the candidate to understand the full life cycle of the web development process from design to development.
  • A broad understanding of wireframes, design limitations when is comes to the web, custom content management systems and user experience is key to success in this position.
